As we approach the fall and flu season, we can expect to hear much more about the H1N1, also known as Swine Flu. Governments are ordering millions of vaccines. I really believe the government is going to spread fear about the H1N1, and we need all the good information we can get.

You should know that the FDA is going to be taking a hard line against anyone promoting natural products to help the public from H1N1 influenza A. There are warning leeters saying the FDA will "take enforcement action... such as seizure or injunction for violations of the FFDC Act without further notice."
"Firms that fail to take correction action," the FDA states, "may also be referred to the FDA's Office of Criminal Investigations for possible criminal prosecution for violations of the FFDC Act and other federal laws."
So the FDA is saying no product may be described as protecting against or preventing H1N1 infections unless it has their stamp of approval. The FDA, of course, has approved Tamiflu and the new H1N1 vaccine that's costing the public millions of dollars, all with a huge profit to Big Pharmacy. Anything that really can help people, such as natural antivirals is prohibited from even mentioning H1N1 without the threat of the FDA coming after them.
